Starter: Homemade pastrami with smoked sprat and caper sauce, agurula leaves and Radicchio lettuce
Main Course: Rib Eye steak, spring lettuce with strawberry, carrot and ginger puree, baby radish
Dessert: Elderberry sorbet with apple chips

Starter: Baked Provencal vegetable muffin with wasabi vegan mayonnaise and herbal grissini
Main Course: Green gnocchi with portobello sauce with smoked tofu and marinated carrot
Dessert: Beetroot brownie with cherries and nuts
