The second edition of LIVE COOKING in the Philharmonic Restaurant is on 24th of March!


On 24th of March, we invite you to Live cooking in the Philharmonic Restaurant.
During the second edition you will learn how to make and of course how they taste:

Calamari with oranges and Jalapenio on toast
Papardelle with duck and chestnuts in a creamy parsley sauce
Crumble with plums and vanilla ice cream

Live cooking starts at 5pm – DON’T BE LATE:)

The cost of the 3 course menu is 79 PLN / person.
Drinks are not included in the menu price.

The number of places are limited, so book a table today!



For the fourth time, the Goût de France / Good France event will gather stakeholders on the first day of spring, ie March 21, 2018, around the chefs on five continents: together we will celebrate the celebration of French gastronomy.



Onion soup with black truffle baked in puff pastry  – 21 pln

Frog legs on toast with sheep cheese and roasted beetroot, crushed with chestnuts in butter – 39 pln

Wine to main course: „Antoine Moueix” Sauvignon Blanc/Bordeaux – 15 pln/150ml

The possibility of ordering individual dishes.

A delicious dinner will be prepared by our Chef Marcin Szlagowski, who from for over seven years, he has consistently worked as a Chef or Executive Chief. He gained real culinary skill while working at the famous European Chefs such as:

Constant Michel Labarre – Chef France Marseilles, Ambassador Paul Bocuse Institut – 2.5 years

Robert Cabrerra – Chef Chef Italy Sicily – 1 year.

Ever since he began working with Michel Labarre, his great love has become French Cuisine with his desire for an ideal taste. French cuisine is his great passion.

We are one of 17 restaurants in the Tri-City, which takes part in the event.

Znajdziecie tam m.in. bycze jądra w sosie z wędzonej białej czekolady, ucha carska podlana rosyjską wódką, okonia słodkowodnego na sosie pomarańczowo-miętowym z krewetkowym pęczakiem i zielonym groszkiem, polędwicę z sarny z maślanym bobem i marchewkowym puree czy crumble z jabłkami i agrestem, flambirowane wiśniówką, podane z lodami waniliowymi.
